The units are airy, fashionable with the blind open. The setting is marvellous and particularly good, just next door to a beautiful old town, and Xàtiva.

Value for money was excellent and the room we stayed in was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, right at the entrance to the road up to the castle and in the heart of the old town. The staff were extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful with advice about the area.
The breakfast experience could be improved by allowing guests to sit outside during the day and enjoy a glass of wine in the charming breakfast-place around the corner.

We had a delightful time exploring the charming streets of Xativa, especially the beautiful Plaza del Mercado. The kids loved running around and playing in the lively square, while my wife and I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and the opportunity to relax at one of the cozy cafes. It was the perfect spot for some quality family time and creating unforgettable memories.
For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities or a dedicated play area for children at the hotel.

The location was beautiful for walking around a Catholic church. And we were really close to a bakery nearby, and everything, sights, shops, restaurants and castle...

During my Easter break, I had a fantastic experience at a hotel in Xativa. the rooms were spacious and beautifully modern with a comfortable bed that gave me a great night's sleep. the location was ideal, with easy access to the town center and the castle. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the stairs leading to the bedrooms were a bit creaky and shaky, requiring caution when going up and down, especially at night.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place located near the castle. The room was modern and well-appointed, with a super comfy bed and excellent wifi. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful. We especially loved being able to sit out at the neighboring terrace. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the late breakfast start time and some unfriendliness from the breakfast lady, our overall experience was great. The town itself was charming, with plenty of places to eat. The only downside was the steep, narrow cobbled streets leading to the property, which could be challenging for large cars. However, we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and helpful owner. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV. The breakfast served on the terrace, with views of the old town, is a great way to start the day.
Lack of privacy from outside looks.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel, especially the cozy sitting areas where I could relax and chat with other guests. The hotel's accessibility was also superb for senior people like myself, with easy access to the main areas and no stairs to climb. It made my stay very comfortable and convenient.
I would have appreciated if there were handrails available in certain areas to provide extra support for senior guests like myself.

I had an absolutely mind-blowing stay at this place! The town itself was super nice, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The owner, who spoke excellent English, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. Parking was easy, and it was just a short walk into the jaw-droppingly lovely town center with plenty of dining options. The bed was so comfortable, and the bedding was pristine. The receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful, providing the only positive feedback I can give. Despite being a guest house, the rooms were equipped with everything from Wi-Fi to shower gel. I was blown away by the thoughtful touches like the tea and coffee making facilities in the room, the vending machine, and the complimentary coffee in the reception area. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the hotel does not have its own parking, the free parking nearby was just a short walk away. The location was super central to all the sights and restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised to hear the locals speak Valenciano, but most people spoke Castilian and even English if I needed it. my stay here was just absolutely fantastic!
